In the Leikr configuration module, on the Leikr portal, you can create your own workouts and training programs.
In the workout editor you can decide the number of intervals you need for your workout and assign to each of them a specific duration (either time, distance or calories burned) and a target value (pace, speed, or heart rate).
Once you have created your workouts, you can upload them to your Leikr watch by syncing the watch (it takes just a key press).


When you start your training session, your Leikr watch will guide you through your workout by showing, before every training INTERVAL, the duration and targets you have set up.
Leikr will provide real-time feedback by vibrating every time you have reached an interval step and it will then display the data of your next one.
